Passenger
Sit in the seat of death
A media project from Churchdown School

Question 1 - In what ways does your media product use, develop, or challenge forms and conventions of real media products? (i.e of film openings)

After creating our final opening title sequence we looked back and saw how conventional our sequence was in terms of other horror films. We found that our film in some ways linked perfectly to convention such as through the use of a single word title 'Passenger' which links to other horrors such as 'Mama'. However, in other ways, our OTS breaks with convention for example the use of split screen technology.

Through out media product we therefore both match and break with the conventions of horror set out by other media products.
