Question 4 - Who would be the audience for your media product?

As part of our product we had to go out and identify our audience for the opening title sequence 'Passenger'. This short film concludes that the audience for our opening title sequence is males between the ages of 15 and 25. We decided upon this demographic because they were best attracted to the central character, a female prostitute, and the way that she dresses and acts. 

To reach this conclusion we interviewed a wide variety of possible audience members including:
- A mother over the age of 25 
- A male over the age of 25
- Females aged 17
- Males aged 17

The mother and older male both said that they would not watch the film because it did not appeal to them and the story line did not suit their viewing habits. The males aged 17 were very responsive to the film agreeing that they would, indeed, be very keen to watch the full film.
